Angharad’s teachings come from a hatha background and incorporate mantra, breathwork and movement to create a dynamic and versatile class for all levels.
Angharad also offers one-to-one sessions and home visits.
Angharad’s yoga journey began as a physical process; as a way to keep flexible, toned and fit. As her practice developed she noticed the calming effect it had on her mind. It was a time of crisis that was the catalyst for a real deepening of her yoga. During a period when it felt like her world had collapsed, everything that had once made sense and been a part of who she was seemed to crumble, yoga provided a way to process, grow and move through these challenges. It became a key pillar of self care and support in her life.
Having studied with a variety of inspiring teachers, at home and abroad, Angharad saw the gift of an in tune teacher and aspires to share that with others. Now offering yoga classes in Dublin and Wicklow, she hopes to pay the gift of yoga forward to like-minded and like-hearted individuals.
Hatha – A class focused on alignment and stability with longer holds, gentle transitions and some flowing sequences. Incorporating mantra, breath and bandhas to create a dynamic class suitable for all levels.
Restorative – Come and bliss out with a soothing, calming, nurturing class. Long holds in supported postures incorporating pranayama and meditation to form a full bodied class. Learn to cultivate patience, compassion and kindness for your body. A place to de-stress, unwind and restore your body to it’s full capacity.
